SAP Platform Administrator (all humans)

Business Integration and Technology is a part of the Erste Digital Finance & HR Solutions division and provides IT services for the entire Erste Group including CEE countries. We integrate and operate SAP systems in the area of accounting, ordering, invoicing, controlling, planning, reporting & analysis and HR. In our multi-cultural team, we support the entire lifecycle of our applications including analysis, design, implementation, test, and production support.

What to do:

• You are responsible for the integration of new products and systems (with a strong focus on BTP and SAC) in our existing landscape (hybrid on premise and Cloud setting, mostly running on S/4 HANA)
• Operation and monitoring of the existing Erste Group (AT+CEE) SAP landscapes (currently we are running ~50 systems) are also part of your deliverables
• You uncover operational gaps and develop solution approaches according to best practice methods
• You will be working in a product team together with other SAP Basis experts servicing our IT and bank customers (Accounting, Procurement and HR)
• Being part of an amazing team located in 3 countries

You check these boxes:

• You are curious by nature and like to solve puzzles and problems by thinking outside of the box
• You have (ideally more than 5 years) technical experience with SAP frameworks and architectures
• You are also experienced with hybrid/distributed architectures (On-Premise vs. Cloud), especially in optimizing application landscapes
• We expect you to be willing to travel and have strong communication skills with various stakeholders
• You like to work in a team and to take responsibility for your tasks
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.800,-  gross per month for this full time position.
